The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, which can be accessed by its own external staircase via the street front terrace, where garden furnitures are available.
The air-conditioned apartment has an area of 68 m2, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, a living room with an American style kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bathroom has a built-in shower, double sink with mirror and a toilet. There is also a hand basin in the separate toilet. The kitchen has its own refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery.
+2 people can be accommodated in the living room on a pull-out sofa.
